Residential accommodation

Residential accommodation

We provide 130 accommodation units at Arlington, of which 95 are for homeless people who are on the various stages of their journey from homelessness back to independent living. They comprise a combination of high support progress units, specialist units for people with substance use problems, assessment beds, generic progress and move through units.

We also have 44 low income studio flats for tenants who are in employment and have a community connection to the borough. Residents can stay up to two years which gives them time to develop their career, ensures greater financial security in order to save for a deposit for private sector owned accommodation, and ensures that they are able to retain family and work connections within their local community.
All applicants are reviewed by a panel including the London Borough of Camden and Arlington.
