About us

Homeless housing - hostel pathway

The Camden hostels pathway is operated by the Camden council. The pathway aims to support people to move from a state of homelessness to independent living and social inclusion.
 
The pathway has four stages:
  • assessment
  • specialist support (including mental health, ex-offenders and substance misuse)
  • progress and
  • move through.
